• Return Method: Returns can be made in store or by mail. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
• Return Window: Returns must be requested and items returned within 30 days from the date of delivery.
• Product Condition: Only new products (unopened and unused) are accepted for return.
• Returns Accepted: Returns are accepted for both defective and non-defective products.
• Exchanges: We do not accept exchanges.
• Restocking Fee: No cost.
• Refund Processing Time: Refunds are processed within 7 days after we receive the returned item.
